By using Magnetic, you agree to the following. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legalese.
What you post remains yours. You grant us only the technical permission needed to host it and show it to the people you intend it for — nothing more. That permission ends when you delete the content, except for copies already received by other people.
You have three ways to act, and they do not replace one another:
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we explain why.
The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or freedom from error. We do our best to keep it running and to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee that no data will ever be lost. Keep a copy elsewhere of anything precious to you.
You may leave whenever you wish: see Delete my account. We may close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these rules.
These terms are governed by the law of Burkina Faso. In the event of a dispute, we first seek an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) have jurisdiction.
If you use Magnetic as a consumer, this clause does not deprive you of the mandatory protections granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
